Not the most appealing name now is it...
Anyway, I felt like making a radioactive place such as this, so I did.
Took me about 45 minutes.

Clever. Very nice doodads, I've never seen those signs before.

The plant thing is true, although it may look lame without them. Maybe all that waste was just dumped there!

Ok, I'm laughing about the fact you used that word x)
Looks nice, some little fixies would do the trick.

+Rep and keep it up x)

She used the right word, dude!

But about the terrain....

yes, it is cool. The only good point is the atmosphere and the rest is ok, nothing special. And the tile variation is not that good, it could be better.

My original idea was to make the plants seem half-dead, half-mutated.
I tried tinting the shrubs dark, to look dead, but the effect was not good.
So that's why I kept them the way they are now.

The broken street sign? Yeah... let's just say it got dumped there as well. ^^

The fog you suggested, Void, I used it at first, but it removed the heavy radioactive feeling. That's why I stuck with terrain fog and the little fog doodad only.

The willows look cool, too bad u cant make them look blighted willows, or tint them a little bit, the junk and signs look awesome the barrels add to it, and i like the layers u did, (really close, close, nothing, far, farther)
