The screenshot is very-very misleading, the flag model is alright, it's a good little reskin that might be generally useful, the circle is quiet ugly. maybe you should try using particle effects instead of planes?

Aside from the screenshot not matching the upload; seems simple but cool enough.

This is nice. It's certainly useful and rather inspiring in its concept. A few flaws which should be fixed though:

• The circle has no birth and no death animations. It appears suddenly, and is left over, to be removed suddenly in a while.
  
  Assuming it will be probably 'summoned' as an ability in-game, it would be good if you minimally made it 'fade in' and 'fade out' in birth and death respectively. You may come up with better ways to make its birth and death, but please do add those.
  
  
• The flag has ridiculously fast Birth and Death anims. Give them a normal speed. The birth could fade in falling from above and piercing the ground, could turn out good.
  
  
• You need to update that preview image. Put both models side by side, or one of them. Actually, your bundle's content is much better and more versatile than what the current preview depicts.

Also, I suggest you to consider adding sounds, at least at the circle's birth - but it's up to you.

My annoyance with this is that it plays its animations in the editor when placed on the terrain.

Can you add a camera to the models? They can be used as a fancier Circle of Power.
