This is a standard melee combat Lost One Draenei unit from Heaven's Fall. It looks like it probably would have high damage, since it is wielding Illidan's blades.
UPDATE:
I have updated this bundle to improve the icon by including the artwork of @Null . The old version of the icon was made by me using photoshop circa 2010, so I definitely recommend using Null's new version!
