Please fix the following issues: the model is missing collision, mesh is visible in the Decay Bone, and it lacks a proper portrait. Sanity checker lists issues.

If you can fix the missing collision and mesh visible in the Decay Bone, I can approve with simple/useful rating. Fix all the issues and the model will meet the submission rules and I can recommend.
