Here are my ideas Lore wise
I recently decided to attempt to create a additional campaign based on warcraft lore taken from approximately the time after the cataclysm.
The arcane University of Laure formerly constituted of sorceress's and sorcerers from Dalaran however based on a disagreement of concepts and spells taught they broke away from Dalaran and completely lost contact for close to a century.
Recently however the Dragon emperor Thaedros, Emperor of a neighboruing territories has declared that all who worship the creator and practice magic of any kind un -affiliated to his Dragons are to be executed.
Laure has so far been exempt however the Magi dispatched to regions in his empire are forced into hiding by his tyrannical Knights of the Blood.(Knights of Blood relation to the Emperor possessing incredible power)
In light of the Emperors Hostile views to magic, Valiras has been charged by the University to re-establish connections with Dalaran and to persuade them to support Laure and if possible, Dalaran to persuade their old allies in Carnelia to support them.
Valiras is sent with Fionah via an old way gate that should have taken them directly to the heart of Lordaeron where they could arrange transport to Dalaran.
The transportation doesent go as planned and they find themselves completely cutt off and stranded in the mountains of Silverpine forest near Lordaeron.
Things go from bad to worse as they discover Lordaeron has fallen and they are hunted by the ruthless,hungry, forsaken and desperate a struggle to survive follows as they attempt to escape one of the dark ladies top rangers.
Desperation forges unlikely alliances as the remaining gnolls of silverpine forest join forces with Valiras and the group of deserters from Scarlet Monastery and togeather they make a push for Shadowfang Keep, where a translocation orb holds their only hope for escape..... and survival.

am almost finished first map. Just fixing item tables, dialogues and sorting out last cinematic. Was worried about mixing lore though.
