can someone make a spell were when you drag a mouse towards a direction, it shows an arrow that aims the opposite of where the mouse is dragging. the farther the mouse is from the character, the stronger and more faster the arrow shot is

You can't detect mouse movement, only clicks.

Impossible to do.

Alternatives:
- Click twice, once at origin and once at target.
- Source is position of caster, target point determines strength etc.
