The download count seems like it isn't working anymore. I've tried downloading some maps and the count is still 0. Please fix this.

Thanks for reporting this error; I have confirmed that this is indeed the case.
Ralle: Any maps that are mirrored and handled through dl.hiveworkshop.com never reach the code that tracks the downloads in the database.
