Doodads and rotations...

What settings do I need to change to make certain Doodads be able to rotate thru all 360 degrees? Example: Most doodads can be set to any rotation of 0 to 360 degrees, but some (such as fences, certain low walls, etc.) can only be set to 0,90,180,270. I've tried the unit/doodad editor, but can't seem to find the right setting to do it. I know there is a tutorial for rotating Buildings, but it doesn't work for props or doodads. Can this be done at all? I would like to change the rotation of certain props/doodads to new,specific angles but I can't. How do I fix this? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
