[Trigger] does sound really causes leak?

i have a trigger looks like this:

===================================================
event: Time - Every 0.01 seconds of game time

actions:

Unit - Set the custom value of Dummy <gen> to ((Custom value of Dummy <gen>) + 1)

If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
If - Conditions
(Custom value of Dummy <gen>) Equal to 450
Then - Actions
Sound - Attach bfg_dummy <gen> to Dummy <gen>
Sound - Play sound_dummy <gen>
Unit - Set the custom value of Dummy <gen> to 0
Else - Actions

i let the triggers runs for more than half an hour. but my game does not slow down a even a little bit.

i read something from a sticky thread called "things that leak". people say sounds causes leak. some people say sound will never leak. i am confused. can someone clear it for me?
