You can make animated gifs with many programs, such as jasc' animation shop or Adobe's ImageReady

i get all of my stuff from websites, but you need gif images that are animated in the first place

I made mine with Jasc Animation Shop 3. Its a pretty easy program to use

I made mine with Adobe Image Ready 7.0 and it's very simple to use.
