Do you know this map?

Hey,

I'm searching a map that I played long time ago(perhaps early TFT or even ROC). Perhaps you know it?

- Multi-player RPG
- No OPEN RPG (back then there was no such type of maps)
- At least 4 player(not sure if more)
- There was a story and some cinematics(Medivh looking guy was there at least)
- The game started from a human cathedral, there was some human, orc and elf towns
- There were some caves too
- Creeps respawned
- There was at least one gate that had to be unlocked to enter elven forest(probably one of the last places)
- The last boss summoned some infernals
