Divine Shield but armor

I need to make so that divine shield ability gives armor instead of invulnerability. Is it possible somehow? I'm on 1.26, so I can't change armor via triggers. And also I need the ability to be self cast only.

You can make a trigger that when ability learned give him an ability that has Armor like Ring of protection's Ability and has levels with it and it level up whenever he level up Divine Shield.

Frost armor is also a good candidate. But wait, Inner fire is even better since frost armor can give slow buff on attacking units.

But inner fire is autocast and frost gives slow to attackers. Is there a way to remove those things?

Nothing wrong with it, they're all candidates for this problem.
You can make Inner Fire not auto
But I guess roar and Item Temporary Area Armor Bonus are the best so there aren't any desirable secondary effects

The only problem with the abilities mentioned is they are valid targets for Spell Breaker's Spell Steal. If nobody employs this ability, any of those would be a good option.

@Rui you just have to set "spellsteal priority" to 0 in the object editor afaik

That's what I thought at first. But according to this thread Making an ability not be dispelable/spell stealable it doesn't work. It just makes Spell Steal prefer other buffs first.

Triggered Divine Shield is the best solution you can get on the matter. Quite complicated but free of all those steal-shoot problems.
