I don't understand what you're trying to do...

I don't know how can I rephrase the problem in a more simple way. Increasing unit's time scale (no matter how many times) doesn't change walking animation rate if the unit movement speed is reduced.
Periodically set the unit's x/y to the fixed position? That should work, the unit will just keep running and as long as the frequency is high enough (like 0.03) then it should look just fine.

Guess i'll do that, Thanks. I didn't think of that idea because during this time the unit is already moved by triggers.
