Disabling Bash / Cooldown

Hey guys, i need to make a cooldown on my bash for x seconds, lets say 4.
I noticed I can't do this by just changing the cooldown to 4, so i tried to make a trigger to remove the bash spell and add a dummy spell, looking the same without a chance to bash when the bash was applied to the unit.

That is how i made it, although it does not work!
I tried Begins channeling an ability, Begins Casting an ability etc..
Feels like the editor cant detect Bash ability?

Any ideas?

Warning: This method would use an orb effect but will surely show the bash having a cooldown, though the icon will be darker on the hero UI...

well, you can use orb of slow... first make a storm bolt based spell or whatever spell that causes stun... then set the duration to the duration you want to have then the cooldown to 4 and change the icon to bash and remove the missile model + set the speed to a high value... then make another ability based on orb of slow which you will put to your unit. then of the Object editor of the newly created ability there is a line -
Effect - Ability, click it and choose the custom stormbolt that you created...

or use a dummy caster and trigger the stun...

Nah, making the ability an orb effect would ruin the whole characters item setup, so i went for the second idea and it worked great. Created a dummy unit to cast a dummy spell at the attacked unit.
