Disable experience gain when dying unit level is lower than etc etc

Hi everyone i need help about something. I want to disable experience gain for this condition

if the level of dying unit is lesser or greater than x, give no exp (or very very low) to the killing units

is that possible?

Either create an exp system, or upon kill, reduce the killer's exp by 20 x (level of Triggering Unit).

uhm but problem is it's a rpg map and let me tell you the story

i don't want to level 1 character gain exp when his level 50 friend kills level 45-50 creatures

Custom Exp System is needed. You can search for it in the spell section, I believe there is.
