On 11/30/08 playing version 2.11.02f as a Chaotic Knight:
As soon as I recieved the quest Diplomacy, I went to the waygate and selected Grom'Gul (Accidentally of course
). I was instantly teleported to Grom'Gul and the quest then became marked Completed.
