Not much to say,didn't add a glow, as that would be weird in modern / non-magical maps.
Added a evil fedora, all fedoras is evil, but this one even more so because people keep comparing trilbys to it.

[-] Its too simple at the moment, and blurry. Add some lighter highlights towards this, also make a hard edge on the brim of the hat, right now it seems flimsy. You could add some feathers and or some metal pieces for some extra flare on the hat. Here are some examples of some extra stuff too add towards the hat. Example.

* As for the evil version, i think you should add more towards the hat instead of just fire around it, maybe demonic runes on the hat or more of an realistic flame engulfing the hat.
