CloudWolf: I'm afraid I have to reject this resource. The rules clearly state that a skin must be 75% freehand. This skin is a simple re-colour with what appears to be a generated lens flare.

We have several tutorials available in our forums for new skinners if you need any help

You can call it icy, but there's still fire on the model, so... the model ruins the skin, and so do you for not doing any freehand work. Skins section is not here for some filter manipulations, making skins is art and art takes patience, hard work and practice... if you wish to learn how to make skins, you should study some tutorials (links in my signature) and... practice!

I honostly like it.
Although judging how brutal some of the mods opinions are from my experience,
you might want to change quite a bit of it.
The star in the middle was a great idea, and same with the recolor...
but chances are that's not enough.
But on the other hand, this gate thingy would be hard to re-skin.
