Demon Archer

[Tarrasque]

Ive been making this for Moyack's map, its an old model probably from last year, I just got into the mood for this and decided to record the process, just for the heck of it. You can see it here:

In the video I complete the texture from before, rig and do some animations for the character.

Talk about blast from the past. Looking cool, though I think the colours on his equipment are a bit contradictory. [mostly the green]

Where's the actual model ? Also it would fit more of a demon warlock/sorceror than archer

Though it definitely seems demonic, it's not the same kind of demonic as the Warcraft demons. (Which is not bad; far more people do Warcraft style than make up a new one).

It also appears as if it would fit pretty well in the bronze dragonflight as a sort of dragonic humanoid mage/archer.

@Dionesiist: now that you mention it, perhaps I should change it, that green does look a bit out of place

@Chucky: the actual model will be used by Moyack, and after a while it will be released for public use.

@Verhalthur: Well I tried to keep the polygon count low, but I dont really aim to imitate war 3 style, Im just happy if it blends even just a bit.
As for bronze dragonflight, yeah looks like he could fit, Im not too familiar with wow lore though.

@moyackx: Yeah it was time to start this model, Ill make a variation with bronze skin.

There is already a polar bear AND a regular bear in WC3. ._.

It's a really nice mesh, I love how it looks well defined and clean despite being very low poly - especially the arms.

@Moyack:Since it doesn't have legs its walk animation is similar to the acolyte but made for 320 walk speed. I think its an agility hero right Moyack? Ill try something for a walk fast, perhaps Ill make him lean more, but basically I think you can just reduce or increase animation speed.

edit: progress has been slow today, I'm hooked watching Breaking Bad. Its an awesome show.
