[Tower Defense] Death Tower Speical ablity

Alright, I have a few different towers with different abilities with my custom map.

Guard, Scout, Boulder, Death, Energy, Arcane, Fire and Cold.

I'd like to know if Death Towers should have a sort of special ability as the others do and if so what should it be?

when I think about death... units I think the most time about necromancer and when I think about necromancer I think about raising corpses or draining life or debuffing, so my ideas would be:
1. X% chance to summon a skelleton warrior when this tower kills a unit.
2. Buffs all nearby towers by a small percentage for every dead unit in range.
3. Debuffs enemies so they take more damage(reduce armor) and/or walk slower.
4. Fears the enemies so they walk for a short amount of time away from the tower.
5. Create soul shards on enemy kill that damage unit walking in range for a small amount
5a. Could be as a explosion like the gobline land mine.
5b. Could be like a short summon totem causing all unit in aoe damage.

Fear, That's actually a good idea.

Is there any similar abilities in WC3 to fear?
