death pact question

well i wana makea skill like death pact cept
Healing 100 dmg per lvl, and adding 4 strength per lvl lasting 20 seconds
and obviously goes hier per level

can some one help me out here

Cond - Spell == Death Pact
Action -
Add (Level of Ability Being cast * 4) Strenght to Triggering Unit
Wait 20 seconds
Take (Level of Ability Being cast * 4) Strenght from Triggering Unit
