alpha out, ummm some thing you can, for instants his cape was like paper, if i alpha'd tha leg it would just be wight, not invisible.

But it does look very nice on the unwrap.... if you honestly didn't use any filters it's very impressive.

Either you used filters, or you embossed you're details manually, to the extent where it actually doesnt look good .
Anyway, i think the skins colours are too variating.
Otherwise, thumbs up for freehand.
