Damage over Time Spell?

Anyone know what spell could make a perfect damage over time spell. Doom and Soul burn wont work cuz they silence, and shadow strike is used a lil bit too mcuh in my map already. Any ideas? Btw giving rejuv with negatives dont work with kill triggers.
