Hi!

I did several test with the mana shield spell and the damage adsorb. I tested a single hit on the shield by a normal attack (50 damage). The shield adsorb is 100% and the mana per hitpoint rate is 0.46 .

The hit did 9 mana-damage on the target. So i calculated: 9 / 0.46 = 19,5 dmg.

It looks a bit weird to me, because the mana lost should be around 25 (= 0,46*50).

So i ask you: is there a mistake in my calculations or is there a another damage adsorb with manashield, i dont know about? :eekani:

btw: damage type is "normal" and target armor type is "heavy". 50-50 damage / 0 heavy armor (0%reduce)

found my mistake. There is a "mana per hp config". it should be a "hp per mana", because you have to use the inverted value. in case of 0.5 i have to use 2.0
