Damage a Unit

I have a question:
Can someone tell me how I can damage a Unit if it enters a region? Not in % or to a value, only -10.

I think there's some way to damage units in a region. It's simple. Set life of units in region to value.

Then select Arithmetic in Function. There's 3 options. In the first, find Unit-Property. In the second one select "-" and in the third select 10.

The complete action is:

Set Life of Unit to ((Life of Unit - 10.00)
