Custom tooltip borders.

Hello everyone!

Recently I've played a map that has custom skin for tooltip borders. I recognized it's the same skin that is used in TKoK, however I cannot find it anywhere.

After some searching in google, I found this old THW thread. However the resource has been removed.

Does anyone know where can I find this skin or any other tooltip border skin for that matter...

It doesn't have tooltip borders, which is what I am looking for. Thanks for the suggestion, anyways
