Tooltip Border Replacement

I'm trying replace that lame-o yellow bar border on the tooltip/scroll over unit window. I want to replace it with part of the undead border; and i've seen this implemented before with the NE border on some maps. Is there an easier way to do this such as simply switching the image path under Game Interface to the Undead Console Tetxure or do i have to extract and edit it manually?
