Custom Tileset

Two questions:

1: Is it possible to, for an example, use the Cityscape cliffs and the Icecrown Glacier cliffs in the same map? (I don't mean the ground textures, I mean the ->cliffs<-;P)

2: How do you import custom tileset textures? I have seen it in some maps, so I know it is doable!

2) Each tileset has a specific path. Once you get it, the creator will mention:
Import this tile at the following path: (E.G. TerrainArt\Ashenvale\Ashen_Dirt.blp
