Custom models in LoL?

It was possible a few years ago, you could edit the model/textures, import custom models from the net and replace existing models using a certain software.
You can look up on youtube for "snoop dog nasus" if you want a preview of what custom model look ingame, I don't know if it's still possible today, should find some result rather easily if you search a bit -> league of legend custom models at DuckDuckGo

There is this 3D Object Converter found here: 3D Object Converter
One of its export format options is .sco, is that how someone could import models into League of Legends? And would it support animations from Blender files?
