Custom loading screen

I need someone to make me a custom loading screen, i want the loading screen default where it shows whos done loading the map and a little minimap on the left if anyone knows what im talking about. But i also want writing on it. I want to type stuff on it. If you can do this let me know and i will tell what what i need written on it. thanks much
