Custom hero arena changer

Hey,

I used whole yesterday trying to do this simple thing and now finally I have given up. Help me to finish this simple system.

I'm creating a thing called "Hero Arena Changer" between player 1 and neutral hostile. The idea is that there are 3 heroes and villains. Every X second a hero or villain is forced to change. There will be 5 second countdown before the change. If a hero or villain dies both are changed. The game ends when one team has lost all it's members.

Map attached. Either make a new one or continue from my map.

Let me get this straight:
1. Every X second, ONLY 1 unit in that duel is changed (randomly), right ?
2. If 1 unit dies in that duel, the dead unit will be replaced with the remaining heroes AND also, the currently unit that is fighting the duel is also changed, right ?

Okay so.

- There should be 5 second cooldown before a unit changes to other(if both changes, then cooldown is not needed)
-> Floating text, red color?
- When there was 1x enemy hero remaining, it still changed and nothing came out

Otherwise nice, nice and nice. Almost finished.
