Custom Footman Model

I have been looking everywhere for footman models, and I have seen great pictures of some, but I don't know where to find them. Perhaps one of you guys would know where.

I need a footman with normal armor (plate, steel, etc.) and NO ATTACHMENTS. I know I can manually remove weapons, which I have been doing, but I would like more variety of models, which is why I am looking for customs.

One of the best models I have seen is found in these pictures, but I don't know what it is called or where to download it.

I only have the screenshots to the model. Thats why I was hoping someone would know what it is and where to get it.

I am too, searching for that one, since that model looks more real than others.. And it fits most to the attachment, than villager (male) and (male 2)
