[General] Custom Doodad variation with imported models

Hello,

I've been trying to make a Northrend version of the doodads "Rubble Large" from the Ruins tileset, I've imported 4 models with identitical name appended by 0,1,2,3 just like the original rubble large doodad, named them "Nothrend_cliffRubble_Double[0,1,2,3].mdx", I've been trying to reproduce the rubble large doodad object definition, just changed the model with the imported one, but I can't figure out how to make it work.

I've been looking for post related to this issue, only solution I found required JNPG to work, so my question is, is it possible in 2020 to create a custom doodads with variation using imported models?

Thank you.
