It's a spell that makes you stronger but causes your hit points to drain over time. The flames attach to origin, but actually appear around chest level. The glow attaches to chest.

This one feels a bit too low-key, could really use not only some interesting color variations, but some additional 'pizzazz'. Ah dannae, some kind of sparkly bits inside? Or some swirly thing around the head?
