Critical Strike - Passive SPELL

I was wondering is Critical Strike considered as magic damage or not? Can bracer decrease its dmg? If it is magic dmg, does it bypass main armor and directly decreases hp of opponent hero? (hero 30% magic resistence by default)
Also im interested in return damage spells. Does it return damage substructed to armor reduction of hero, or full dmg of opponent hero?
I would like someone to explain my how pasives like this one are considered.

Wrong forum. Also, critical strike damage type is dependant on the damage type of the attacker. I don't know about return damages though.

All damage based on attacks are physical, meaning that armor reduces the damage taken. If the unit's attack type is magical or spell, spell resistance reduces damage taken. Thus, a unit which has a magical attack and deals damage through its attacks has its damage reduced by 25% (all Heroes have this initial spell resistance) and by the armor.

BTW, Critical Strike damage is physical as its the attack of the unit.

Returning depends on main damage as I know
not the one reduced

Ruined bracers should reduce I guess coz Spell immunes resist returns

If the unit's attack type is magical or spell, Runed Bracers does reduce.
If not, the damage is only reduced by armor as the source of damage is an ATTACK.

However, Runed Bracers does not reduce return damage from Thorn Aura and Spiked Carapace. The damage from those are considered physical as they are from your own attacks.

thats why they ignore armor and dont affect magic immune units

Does bracer reduce stun time or only spell dmg?

but resistance skin should reduce stun time (example roshan in dota)
