Can someone PLS tell me how do i create spell books?

P.S.: I used search before... EVEN IN GOOGLE

create ability Unit or item ability Spell Book

 

[Day-Elven]

Object Editor --> Items --> Miscellanious --> Spellbook. Create a skill from spellbook's skill.
