Creating/respawning unit

You will have to make it like this:
  • Ent Respawn
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Dies
    • Conditions
      • (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to <Dead Ent>
    • Actions
      • Set TempPoint = (Position of (Triggering unit))
      • Unit - Create 1 <Alive Ent> for (Owner of (Triggering unit)) at TempPoint facing Default building facing degrees
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_TempPoint)
In tree tags i have played, "Ent Ash" is "Ward" (Classification) and Infernals/Ent's Units cannot attack wards.
You can also make "Anti-Attack" with triggers.
