Did you ever wanted to create an icon? But the tutorials were too complicated?

With this small tutorial you can create icons without using any Software!

Just follow the 3 easy steps below.

1.Pick your picture -> Any size.
2.Resize it to 64x64 -> Use this online resizer Picture Resizer
3.Use this online icon creator to make your icon. Icon Creator -> and save it to .blp

No need for icon requests anymore, Just create your own icon. the icon creator creates all the type of icon. (btn,disbtn,pas ETC.)

Picture resizers and Icon Creator isn't a software?? O_O ARE THEY PROGRAMS??? AFAIK, Software == Programs

Create an icon? It's only resizing normal pic into 64x64 and convert it to .blp.
