ok first i would like to tell u im new to the fourms and would liek to help people out ok so here we go.

green icon:
so u have a green icon well all u have to do is go to the import manager
and go to your icon double click it and change it to the following

if its BTN: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTN******.blp
if its DISBTN: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTN******.blp
if its PAS: ReplaceableTextures\PassiveButtons\PAS******.blp
if its DISPAS: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISPASBTN*****.blp
replace the ****** with your file name

ok so now for black icons:

first open your image in photoshop/gimp/whatever u like
then save your image as a (((BMP))) not blp no BMP set the bit quality to 32
ok now open a program called Warcraft3 veiwer now save it as a BLP image
now import and enjoy

i hope this helped u
