I am in the process of making a map where I want to add a large number of custom spells.

Perhaps a silly question, but is there any way to speed up this process? For instance, by creating some sort of Excel sheet that can be imported into the map?

W3x2Lni v2.4.6 allows to convert between 3 types Lni, object, slk. In Lni map data is converted into txt files which can be changed. One could also pick slk (that is kinda a table cell format).

When converting back to object the map is editable in World Editor again and the addtional stuff is created.
Unsure how fast that is vs copy pasting spell of same base type and change data.
I only did the Lni <-> object way.

Thanks!
Copy and paste is probably the fastest way of creating the spells, but for managing the data (each ability I make will have many levels), editing in a text editor would be great for me.
I hope it will also give me a better overview of all the spell data, to help with balancing later on.

I will try this tool and let you guys know my experience.
