CPU Arena Deathmatch Game

Hi all, new here so any advice is appreciated. I was thinking about building a custom game to get the warcraft 3 buddies back on and hanging out. Most of them do not want to play the actual game anymore but they like to play non complicated versions of this game. So I had this idea of building a computer controlled arena death match. 4 teams spawn in the middle with random units, players bet on which team they think will win and the computer battles it out. I attached what i have so far using tutorials, youtube, and chatgpt but I am at a loss on how to proceed further. I do not think i can complete this custom game at this point and would love to load this game back up with my friends and enjoy some Warcraft.
