Countdown timer as Waits

Uhmm guys.. How do I use Countdown timers as Waits like for Example:

I triggered a spell which uses waits. I want to replace the wait into timer but I don't know how to make it work.

Edit: Just one question, what type of variable should I store to the timer.. I mean is it Last created timer, or even response-Expiring timer? I don't know which is which

If you refer to 'Exact Cinematic Timing (Trigger Queue and Timers)', I think it should be Expiring Timer as event response.

Isn't the question easy to answer ? If a timer expires, then you use the event response, if you create it, the other one.
