Could somebody edit an Ent Skin for me?

If you guys go on Battle net and play the custom game called Tree Tag you will know the Ent im talking about.. Well I need to know if anybody can edit it and make it "snowy" Ive edited the map so that its snow, but I need snowy ents.. The help would be appreciated, thanks.
