Copy ability

Is there any way i can copy [Alf2]Item attack heal reduction bonus(this is new ability added in Patch 1.31 which reduce the effectiveness of healing and regeneration on enemy units) and paste it to maps were made before warcraft 1.31?

I think it's safe to assume that this isn't possible. It was created and added to the game in patch 1.31. The code doesn't exist prior to that. Trying to copy and paste the ability won't magically create the code.

What you can do is trigger the heals yourself and then you'll have full control of everything.
