How can i Set cooldown of a usable customised iten ?The iten that I want to set cooldown has a spell with target and I want set its cooldown

There are default cooldowns (Cooldown Group field), but you can create your custom ability that the item uses. Depending on the cooldown of the ability, the item's one will be set to that. Just go to Stats - Cooldown Group and select the custom ability.
