Cooldown question

IS there more convenient way to detect a skill is ready?

I know i can make timer for each skill to detect the cooldown is finished, but i have hundreds of spell to do that.

Well, this depends on what you want to do with it. There are work-arounds.
Is this for some kind of scripted boss fight? Or, do you just want the player to know the cooldown is finished?

Do you need a spell to be fired off on cooldown?
