Converting ripped models

I have a lot of experience with converting ripped models to Warcraft 3 from model resource. I'm using the Blender Warcraft 3 MDL extractor that is present on this forum for most of it. Now, I have a group of models that doesn't want to convert properly for whatever reason and want to see if people can solve it. I am interested in the process, not just the result, because I'd want to convert several models from this game. I'm trying to get human models from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl. Attached is an example model from the pack.

When I export the model out of blender, I get this error message:

When I try to load the model in Warcraft 3 Model editor, I get this error message:

How did you convert it to mdx? When I hit the conver to MDL button in blender it gets me the result that you saw. There is no convert to MDX button.
