Converting 16x16 png to blp

Im wondering how to covert 16x16 png to blp without losing transparency. As it said here Problem with transparent BLP, I could use magos model editor, but I cant see where I find something like "converter" in this plugin, except for converting it into mdl.

Is it valid to use? I mean I want to show Icons only for specific players/force.

I have no idea, I don't know JASS. But I see you used GetLocalPlayer which is what all the JASS gods always advise when you want to do certain things for one player only.

If BLPLab works is a matter of chance. It most certainly will not for pallet/index colour.
