my problem: i have a model (*.obj) and a texture (*.tga) how can i convert them to a *.mdx?

you probably need an importer or something.. about the tga.. make it jpg then convert again to blp. done

No, Don't make it jpg first, or it will lose alpha channeling...

Here's the model file and the skin.
But I think this is a rip off model and those aren't allowed here at Hiveworkshop.
The model also hasn't animations, but you could ask someone else to make them for you.
The path of the skin is: WolfAssault.blp
