Convert MAX files into MDX

I have some models here, and all are in max, so if any one can convert them for me, or can give me a program that can convert it. +rep if you do it.

dexs script converts max to mdl then use mdl to mdx converter

I only got one problem, i can't access Wc3c. It's just keep loading and loading,
